We understand that changes to your care can be stressful. Golden Care’s services are specifically designed for patient care between primary care visits by providing coordinated and tailored tele-health clinical support. Please note there will be no changes to the Signature MD service for patients receiving care in their own homes.
Will IC Care still accept my current insurance?
Yes. Our partnership with Golden Care expands our network, meaning we continue to accept all previously approved major insurance plans, plus several new ones. Your current coverage will function exactly as it always has.
Do I need to request a transfer of my medical records?
No action is required on your part. Your secure medical records have been seamlessly integrated into our unified digital health platform, ensuring your care team has immediate, secure access to your comprehensive history.
Can I still see Dr. Bone as my primary care physician?
Absolutely. Dr. Bone remains fully committed to his practice and patients. You will continue to see him and our clinical staff, but now with the added support and resources of the broader Golden Care network.
Where will my future appointments take place?
Your routine visits will continue at the familiar IC Care office location. For specialized services, advanced diagnostics, or after-hours care, you now have priority access to Golden Care's highly trained nursing staff.
How do I schedule my next appointment?
You can schedule appointments exactly as you always have: by calling our office directly. In the coming weeks, you will also have the option to easily book and manage appointments online through the new unified Golden Care patient portal.
